Welcome to the Lancaster Seventh-day Adventist Church

We believe the Holy Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are the written Word of God, given by divine inspiration through holy men of God who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. In this written Word, God has given to humanity all the knowledge necessary for salvation through the atoning work of Jesus Christ, our only Saviour.

We believe that the Holy Scriptures are the infallible revelation of God's will for humanity. They are the standard of character, the authoritative revelation of doctrines, and the trustworthy record of God’s acts in history as He has worked with mankind to deal with the sin problem through the revelation of His character of love—which is the last message of mercy to be given to the dying world. Jesus Christ said, "I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Me." John 12:32.

We believe that there is one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, a unity of three co-eternal Persons. God is immortal, all-powerful (omnipotent), all-knowing (omniscient), above all (transcendent), and ever present (omnipresent and immanent). He is infinite and beyond human comprehension, yet known through His self-revelation found in the written Word and the revealing and enabling power of the Holy Spirit. God is forever worthy of our reverent worship, adoration, and service to the whole of His creation.

Everyone is welcome to study and worship with us each Sabbath morning. Bible study begins at 9:30am, and worship is at 11:00am. Every fourth Sabbath we hold a fellowship meal after the worship hour. For a more in depth study of the Bible, please join our Tuesday morning Bible study group which begins at 11:00am.

We also have quite a few reading materials available in several languages in the popular epub format. Check our currently available list of materials here.
